I could tell I was being followed. I turned down the alley, my hand clutched onto my knife. It was safely in it’s case strapped to my jean’s pocket. They were dark wash. They were stylish. They made boys drop dead. I contemplated jumping to the top of the building. Too weird, I decided. If it was just a nosey human stalking me, I did not want them seeing me jumping onto a roof.
